Is this project dead for Neo4j 3.x?

Neo4j currently fails to load with the attached error.

The plugin jar is generated using the maven assembly plugin. Using a dependency set the dependencies of the plugin are included. Several libraries that already ship with Neo4j are excluded.

It may be possible to exclude more libraries or to switch to an inclusional approach to further slim down the jar file.

The plugin does not work with neo4j version 2.2.1. After the plugin install, when the SPARQL endpoint is used the following Exception is thrown:

There is no query optimization which results in poor performance for most queries on a large dataset.
