Once there are more than like, 20, status updates it becomes obvious that pagination is needed. Probably want to do this as an infinite scroll AJAX implementation.

When you first start Hootenflaten, it should walk you through a wizard of configuration.

Needed for #9 to be done correctly. (Plus I'm sure they'll be more things this is needed for.)

Right now, we have tons of delete, post and awesome javascript functions that are literally the same thing over and over. Instead let's just have an event listener on the HTML elements that we want this stuff to act on.

This probably requires a user preference system.

Need some sort of tool tip instead (or a list that can be exploded on click.)

Right now comments and status updates both have awesome_lists, we should make this a mixin that can be used over and over

We have a universal ID system for all objects, we should be able to query on an id and do generic operations (like delete.)

Create auto-admin type configuration views that let you edit the config for an extension.

Related to #12 which needs to know who an admin is
