The floor plan should include the layout of all the projection curtains, the placement of sensors, the mycelium network, and the sculpture. Should produce mockups for the project proposal.

We need the project statement for the website and for the grant proposal

The website needs to be added to the /docs folder with the project statement and any other information about the project

We need a high-level design of the sculpture including the pedestal, water receptacle and reservoir. We should produce some mockups for the proposal.

The visualization of the forest needs to be prototyped. It may use feedback data from the sensors of the sculpture or some other method. OSC perhaps?

After the design of the sculpture is done, someone needs to go to the fabrication lab and build out the water receptacle

Since there are so many parts that depend on user feedback, it would be good to design a system that can broadcast data from the sensors to all the devices in the installation. We need a diagram of the required sensors and software for the overall function of the installation.

We need a prototype of the water flow valve with arduino control

Someone needs to use the floorplan designs to build out the mycelial network. This includes receiving some feedback data from the sculpture sensors and controlling them with a computer or microcontroller

We need to gather the required documentation and produce a project proposal for potential grants. There may be supplementary information required from others such as preliminary designs, mockups, statements, etc.
