Application of search algorithms to multiple sequence alignment problem

Installing

Download current repository to your local machine. Use

git clone https://github.com/Nickkreker/MultipleSequenceAlignment-PEAstar.git

The project requires additional packages, to install them use

cd MultipleSequenceAlignment-PEAstar
pip install -r requirements.txt

Getting started

To run the project simply run through every code block in Experiment.ipynb
