The REST endpoint should check before adding records. Maybe make the created field be unique.

Have an "all" tab in the first position that shows the results of all accelerators.

The packaged version of the app is painfully slow on MacOS (and basically freezes the entire system). Figure out way and fix it.

If there is a long running query (e.g. the spinner is visible) and you type into the search bar, the results won't be filtered by the search text.

Easiest way to reproduce: clear search text/change project (to do a wide/slow search) then search for a specific file. If done typing before the query, you'll see stale results.

Double clicking an item (or pressing enter) does not open it. For demo, this functionality needs to work for at least files and windows.
