error deleting old timesheet entries

check for modified timesheet records for 6 weeks prior to sync date
people are slack, and they will post edit tsheet entries when they realise they have stuffed up. need to account for this and update records, as long as the timesheet has not already been approved.
also, need to take into account for when the client says no the timesheet is wrong, and the employee (or admin) has to go back and modify it.
calculate duration from rounded times not actual times

change behaviour to pull only yesterday data when launched with no arguments
currently requires start and end date to process
when run with no arguments should pull 'yesterdays' data only - makes it easier to use with cron etc
