e3d-toolchanger-config's Issues

There is a discussion about ringing

Hello Nibbels, I have been debugging the ringing issue in recent days.

My motherboard is Duet2; Duet Web Control 3.1.1; The firmware is V3.1.1. Your firmware.
I tried to modify the M593 command in the Config.g file, so I printed a lot of 20*20 squares, and the ringing problem remained.
I saw in the forum (https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Accelerometers) that the accelerometer can be used to solve the ringing problem

Has anyone used this feature on duet2?

The document states that "RepRapFirmware 3.3beta3 and 3.3RC1 include experimental support for connecting accelerometers", but my current firmware is V3.1.1. If I need to use the accelerometer function, do I need to modify my current firmware?

After adding the accelerometer, can the system automatically adjust or is it just for measurement?

A question about Firmware version number and G0/G1 instructions

Dear Nibbels:

I copied the e3d-toolchanger-config in your project from github today. I found a problem during use?
My configuration is as follows:
Board: Duet 2 WiFi (2WiFi)
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.1.1 (2020-05-19b2)

problem:
In the 3.1.1 version, the operation will prompt G0/G1, it will prompt, G0/G1 needs to replace the parameter S with H, so it can't run!

Looking forward to your reply,

Regarding PrusaSlicer 2.3.0, used with pspp, temperature management issues

Hello Nibbels:
I need your help.
My E3D Toolchanger is still debugging so far. Currently my machine only has two nozzles. My slicing software is PrusaSlicer 2.3.0, used with pspp, but I encountered a problem during the debugging process:
Two print heads printing:
When the No. 0 nozzle is activated, the working temperature of No. 0 nozzle is 200 and the idle temperature of No. 1 nozzle is 170.
However, when the No. 1 nozzle is activated, the working temperature of the No. 1 nozzle is also 170. The idle temperature of the No. 0 nozzle is 170 normal.
I checked the parameter settings of my PrusaSlicer, and the working temperature of the print head is 200.
Please check my configuration parameters:

May I ask what causes this?
Looking forward to your reply.
