pib_cli's Issues

Documentation

The relative links don't work on the PyPi package page.

There's a few ways to fix this up.

Fallback to default configuration

On a missing yaml key, it would be nice to have the CLI fallback to PIB's internal cli config.
So if a new command is added, there is a default config that would work with existing cli installs without needing to be added.

Gitleaks takes a long time to run inside the container

I think we should break gitleaks out into it's own cli command, and have the security test just focus on the python related tasks it's performing.

Gitleaks is now also run in the ci/cd as a discrete step, so there is extra enforcement there.
