Stacker.Coordinator and Stacker.ViewController are confused.

Remove Cover and merge with Page into Route.

StackTransition don't collapse Launcher, but CoverTransition is over Launcher. Must consider how to treat StackTransition and CoverTransition in the same protocol.

Supports "pop to root" as default.

When navigated ./comments on /articles/1, actually move to /articles/1/comments.

I want to use with NavigationLink and @State var path: String. Such as:
