This repository holds code for the 2024 diagnostics south east endoscopy survey

_Note: No data is held in this repository. All data files are stored locally.

• The quarto markdown file is used as the main output (HTML)
• Each section of the analysis is as a separate R script, which is called by the markdown script

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.

To clone the repo:

Clone via the 'Code' button above

For use within NHS England. Only applicable to the endoscopy survey output.

Separate analysis done to manually add to a PowerPoint output for the customer.

• Annual endoscopy survey (in local team 'diagnostics' sharepoint folder)
• DM01 (in local team 'diagnostics' sharepoint folder) <- excel extract used, extract from UDAL
