AMPLICON SEQUENCE ANALYSIS WITH QIIME2

For my Master Thesis I analyzed the amplicon sequencing data of cutaneous bacteria, fungi, archaea, and eukaryotes in four specimens of the black olm subspecies and nine white olm specimens from the phylogenetic lineage of Ljubljanica river and Dolenjska lineage.

DESCRIPTION

  • Pipeline can be used for any microbiome DNA metabarcoding analysis
  • Single-end analysis
  • DNA Metabarcoding of Bacteria, Archaea (16S rRNA), Eukaryota (18S rRNA), Fungi (ITS2)
  • Raw Data = Demultiplexed Illumina sequences (MiSeq) in .fastq format
