You need to create a stopwatch in which time is measured between start time and end time .Timer should start with a click of start button, Timer should stop with a click of stop button and Timer should reset with a click of reset button.
- Render a start button. The timer starts on clicking the start button. Timer counts in seconds.
- After every 60 seconds minute value in state should update
- After every 60 seconds hour value in state should update
- Dom should have 3 button start stop and reset with respective name as ids
