As shown below the items-only view is missing progressive symmetry and obelisk keys.

Regarding the former, there is a typo:

With boat and 1st treehouse door, but not the 2nd, the tracker incorrectly believes that the yellow bridge panels are solvable and the 3rd door panel is available out of logic.

Pressure Plate 2 was missing mechanic, but is not required to access Pressure Plate 3 and 4 and the check.

I don't have the triangles, but the tracker still thinks I can access the discard panel checks. Specifically with "Outside Glass Factory" > "Rooftop Discard".

Around 1:31:10 -- in the Quarry Boathouse node, after receiving Stars, the Stars & Eraser & Shapers Row, Shortcut Door Panel, and the Quarry Laser in its own node all lit up as accessible without the Quarry Boathouse Barriers having been found
Around 2:33:50 -- in the Keep, Pressure Plates 4 and Keep Tower Laser were lit up after finding Symmetry, but Keep Pressure Plates Doors hadn't been found yet

Playing a simple doors, minimal accessibility seed. Tunnels Doors has been unlocked but the Underground Tunnels section of the tracker is listed as unavailable

Missing: Theater Door to Cargo Box {Left/Right} Panel
Inexplicably present: River Shape (in Mountaintop in Map view). This one may actually be a thing, but I could never get it to be marked off, nor could I find it in the spoiler log, so I don't know.

In my Complex Doors seed, the AP items list shows that "Treehouse Beyond Yellow Bridge Door" has been collected, and the door itself is open in-game, but tracker metro map shows "Treehouse Third Door" as red.

The discarded panel in the second layer of the mountain next to the elevator is showing up as an enabled check in the tracker, even when discarded panels are disabled. The actual randomizer logic is working fine, since verifying available checks in Archipelago text client or the website doesn't show the elevator discarded panel.

The mountain elevator needs Dots to function. In remote door modes, the bottom is reachable through caves; the tracker believes that the discard is reachable without Dots.

Not sure about other settings, but on

the tracker doesn't correctly count the three lasers that are turned on by default (or by other triggers, i'm not sure specifically how the archipelago version handles it) and there is no way to turn them on via the map or by clicking the laser icon. i have to manually lower the laser requirement from 7 to 4 in order to allow mountain to be accessible in logic

When Tutorial Back Door to Outpost 2 is open (the "middle" of the three in the chain of doors), the left hand dot on the map is marked as green instead. I believe the left hand and middle dots should be switched.
