Fails on Newscoop 4.2.1

Hi there,

Using the instructions outlined in the README, the NewscoopPaywallBundle fails to install. After running mkdir plugins/cache it finishes installing but cannot be found at Plugins > Manage (and doesn't seem to show itself anywhere else).

Is there a workaround that we can use for now to make this work?
