1- Create your bot using @BotFather

2- Enter your bot's information in the first beggining lines of file

3- Enter the locations (states/provinces) you want in lines 296, 843 and 886

4- Set banned-words and other limitaions in line 554

You can control the bot as admin by sending "/panel" or "admin" to the bot
