on EL7 at least, python-passlib comes from the EPEL repository. On CentOS, it's easy enough to just do:

yum: pkg=epel-release state=present

I haven't looked at RHEL to see if epel-release is as readily available in the RHEL repos.

When tested with molecule:

ansible-centos7               : ok=33   changed=0    unreachable=0    failed=0
ansible-debian8               : ok=33   changed=21   unreachable=0    failed=0
ansible-trusty                   : ok=35   changed=22   unreachable=0    failed=0
ansible-ubuntu-latest      : ok=4    changed=0    unreachable=0    failed=1   

Actually ubuntu/latest is failing in molecule tests:

I will try to fix once get time for it

PR #4 passed the Travis tests on the PR but failed when merging with master. Have to fix invalid variable name.
