_Layout.cshtml In Memory File Watcher

Hisar default LayoutFullName is

public static string LayoutFullName => "/Views/Shared/_Layout.cshtml";

so we should provide in memory file watcher feature for component development area. Hisar Web Cli can invoke change event by websocket integration.

New logo for Hisar

I wanted to contribute to Hisar. I designed a logo for Hisar. If you like it, I'll send you the files.

MongoDbContext IQueryable<TModel> type filter operations

Hisar uses

services.AddHisarMongoDbContext<MongoDbContext>(Configuration);

this pattern to register all context dependencies and provides IQueryable<TModel> abstraction for filtering (NetCoreStack.Mvc infrastructure) and pagination for any model.

Need test and custom implemantation samples.
