Describe the bug
VS2019 locks up as Debugger is connected on second and subsequent uses. It does come out of this state to some extent. It seems like something is causing the debug session to drastically slow down.

Note on first use or after a Disable and Renable of the extension it works fine for the first use. Then locks up again.

Deselecting the filter also stops the lockup.

The filter is simply "StartsWith "[0:] "

Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but when I use your extension in VS2017, and I have several thousands of lines in the output, the entire application freezes everytime something updates the Output Filter window. I move it -> 10 seconds freeze. A new message is printed -> 10 seconds freeze. I haven't checked your source code, but it feels like your output window is constantly operating on all lines, even when it doesn't need to. I haven't added any filters yet, I only installed the extension and added the Output Filter window to my view. If there's anything I can provide you with to help debug the issue, please let me know!

Fonts and colors of Output Filter could not be changed via Options...

New Feature:

Add support for excluding excluding text from the output window

The ability to 'clear on start' would be great, I often end up with logs from my previous session

Change the arrow of the combobox as seen here http://prntscr.com/k04mip to allow for different visual studio styles

Style to change it to the color of the text "DynamicResource VsBrush.WindowText"

Unfortunately, Visual Studio is not great with surfacing settings for extensions. I have the Output Filter extension installed. How do I find the new window for the output filter? I can't find it under any menu.

My VisualStudio will output some text in the output windows but some of them are like Live Share and github for VisualStudio and I do not want to view it.

This could be for now just hex code.

Here should be the color picker button/control

Make combobox multiple select to allow for multiple filters.

Disable the edit button when multiple items are selected.

Delete multiple items when many selected

Sometimes edit button does not respond at all. Is not reproducible.

Add some descriptive tooltip :)

Blue theme should look nice as well.
