I'm having problems with the installer, one with futures==3.2.0 says could not find a version that satisfies the requirements. And another problem with pycrypto

In the past week or so, my torrents have shown up in premiumize, but as they are no longer being categorized correctly, they aren't being processed. This worked for the last few months and they are being sent to my premiumize from Radarr and Sonarr in the correct folders, but when they get to premiumizer, they show up as Waiting on category. I hadn't changed anything, and when they are correctly categorized, they work fine, but they just aren't doing it anymore.

So I ran into this issue before. I am running windows 10 and have used the PremiumizerInstaller (latest ver). It will no longer start as a service once it is installed. Last time it was because I did the install manually then got it working by using the installer which caused everything to work. This is the only log I could find after doing the install. Thanks for any help.
There were changes to the main program so I don't know if that is the issue.
