Provide Action to allow Individuals and the player to pick items up.

Allow to add custom block parser to the parser engine to allow modules to provide a nicer way to define their projects.

Provide an interface for plausability checks to identify any semantic invalid entries. It should be possible to add additional custom checks.

Provide these default checks:

• Unique individual: Every individual should only be in one room, not multiple
• Valid exits: Every exit should point to a valid room
• Valid player: Player is placed correctly

Provide a module system where modules can register these features at once

• Own actions
• Custom block parsers
• Own plausability checks
