Twatch-lib is an ESP32 compatible library (or component) for Lilygo T-Watch 2020 v1/v2/v3 that provides the following:

• An hardware abstraction layer that handles the watch touchscreen, accelerometer, speaker, power management and vibrator
• A custom user interface library specifically designed for the tiny screen of this watch and a touch-based interaction

This project is still a work in progress, the code is pretty well documented. Regular documentation will be available once the library done.
