the provisioner assumes git is already installed
from kitchen-puppet.

Great, can you please instruct me to provide a platforms pre-equiped with git, I've tried to create a docker images with git installed within but I couldn't use them in .kitchen.yml file but it returns the following error :
Creating ...
Create failed on instance .
Please see .kitchen/logs/default-mycentos.log for more details

Thanks a lot @ytsarev I also found another cool stuff which is provision_command http://www.rubydoc.info/gems/kitchen-docker/2.1.0#provision_command which is much easier than maintaining my custom image for each platform.
