faraday gem conflict - how can I resolve this? about kitchen-puppet HOT 2 CLOSED

well I wouldn't use chefdk install as it install lots of stuff:
I would install as recommended on
https://github.com/neillturner/kitchen-puppet

1. install the latest Ruby on your workstations (for windows see https://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/)
   (or choco install ruby)
2. From a Command prompt:
   gem install librarian-puppet
   gem install test-kitchen (or gem install test-kitchen -v 1.16.0 if using ruby version less than 2.3)
   gem install kitchen-puppet
3. install kitchen[-azurerm
   gem install kitchen-azurerm

from kitchen-puppet.

This is a ruby issue commonly called "dependency hell"
probably the only way around this is to install a separate ruby using rvm.
on first ruby you install test-kitchen and kitchen-azurerm
on second ruby install test-kitchen and kitchen-puppet
run kitchen create on the first ruby
and kitchen converge on second ruby.
you probably will have to create 2 separate kitchen.yml files and access the server via kitchen-ssh or kitchen windows plugin in the second ruby .
