...for sake of ghost import filter.

Original PH torus was specified using a single radius and scaling factors.

It is usual to specify a torus using major/minor radius- adopted this
approach in order to simplify import of ghost torus which used this definition.

However torus manipulator still assumes original single radius definition,
so although import of ghost torus works now, full manipulation of a tous in
PH is not possible any more.

Fix this later.

Using the default callback shape implimentation of cylinders, transforming
a cylinder to a cone has no effect of the haptic shape rendered.

By disabling the "Custom Rendering" option in the shape dialog box this can
be side stepped by switching back to previous polygon representation which
supports the cone/cylinder transformation.

Consider letting a shape's control return a transform, rather than an int
const representing the desired transform type. This would cut down a lot of
if statments in CProtoHapticView.
