Sync with Greasy Fork

I have one userscript published on Greasy Fork.

To do: upload a new version with @ updateURL \ @ dowlnoadURL annotation linked to a repository file so there's no need to do it manually.

[TL] Hpoi footer

What would you like to get a translation for?
A translation of the footer that appears on every page.

Most info in the section is already translated. Currencies in Chinese are written with symbols unknown for English-speaking user.

  1. Along with DxD lingerie figure:
    • 日元 -> yen
    • 税 -> tax
  2. From Amiya:
    • 人民币 -> yuan
  3. From Lily Wine:
    • 国内版 -> mainland China ver.
    • 日版 -> Japan ver.
  4. From some prototype figure:
    • Unknown is already handled.

The currency part is quite repeatetive, it could be held in a separate dictionary.

Copy lyrics from an active tag only

Test case: pages with multiple versions of the lyrics, each one is usually put in separate tab

  • THBWiki - 稲田姫様に叱られるから feat. ill.bell
  • Touhou Wiki

The script should copy only a visible text from an active tab.

English name taken from encyclopedia entries

It would be nice to have a translation of characters, origins etc. in figure entry pages. They could be taken from encyclopedia pages if English aliases exists.

It could be done via Ajax, and then stored in cache to lessen calls.

A possibility of hard-coded names (Arknights, Azurlane) or taken from anime/game databases. (AniDB, VNdb).

Translating characters, origins etc. like a static text

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some most popular origins are so often appearing in the site, that they could be as well considered as a static text.

Describe the solution you'd like
Some most popular characters and origins to be translated just like static text.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Google translate, but it isn't viable with a lot of characters and origins having official names in English.

Additional context
Some of my notes left on an old notebook. It's more about figuring out most common characters etc. to translate.

===

// basic: if the word with a link, try a translation from a structure below (company, charactar etc.)
// on start - read local storage for "unknown translation link count"
// save in local storage updated count
// data structure [{type: charactar, id: 3, count: 3939}]
// create methods to clean and view most popular translations
// if a translation exists, but was once unknown, clear the count, like it never exists

Run translations before rendering (to stop flickering)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the page is loading, it shows Chinese text for a second or two before setting English text. It's confusing an

Describe the solution you'd like
The text is in English from the start. Without blinking.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There's no way to go around if, unless I close my eyes.

Additional context
@run-at annotation may help to start the script before everything.

It would need some tweaking if no libraries are required, and to separate text to translate at the start, and that appears after some time.

TL user home page - collection status pop up

Once you're logged in, every figure listed on user home page has two icons on a thumbnail if you hover over it.

Screenshot_20230424-162223_Kiwi Browser

The message button brings a discussion/comment section, and the star icon - collection managing pop up window. It's probably similar to the one on an item page.

Screenshot_20230424-162307_Kiwi Browser

Probably the new section about collection manager pop up is required to add.

Text over banner images

Some images with a purpose as a banner have a text that couldn't be replaced with usual means.

Find a nice Google-provided fonts (Comic Sans, sans serif and serif) and slap the on a banner. Relative location should be aware of bootstrap resizes.

Examples:

Translate when elements to translate are ready

For now, all the translation is done when the website is fully loaded. It should be changed when the element group to translate is ready.

It would improve user experience, as now there's a slight delay and you can see Chinese text before it would change into English.

It may work on elements created on-the-fly, like ratings in item pages or activity feeds.

TL item page - production timeline

Item page has a timeline with events related to the figure production and sales.

Screenshot_20230424-172502_Kiwi Browser

The text is also used in figure updates (home page, home user page, notifications?)
