For then you copy cache from one machine to another?
Cache create to two reasons:
- Backup of config, script always working with consistent settings. You not need do stop script, before change file.
- Big speedup on hdd during boot in 5-7 times.
You can change script and disable config check and after test boot time (or stop script, delete /var/tmp/systemd-swap.lock and reboot).
Compare plot of boot process with cache and without.
I think what my solution must be working maximum transparent to users.

I second this. RESET is a bad idea. It IS counter intuitive and DOES lead to confusion. Please remove this cache.
