This is a simple sign language translator using python and opencv. It uses the mediapipe library to detect hand gestures and translate them to letters.

• Python 3.7 or later
• OpenCV
• Mediapipe

1. Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/NaviteLogger/Sign-Language-Translator.git

2. Create a virtual environment

python3 -m venv venv

3. Install the required libraries

pip install -r requirements.txt

No configuration is required (yet).

1. Run the main script

python translator.py

2. Show your hand gestures to the camera and see the letters being translated.
