[cleanmyarr] Print next maintenance time in log message

[cleanmyarr] Read ignored movies on every config sync activity

[cleanmyarr] Instead of downloading sample configuration have it inside image

Its better to have sample configuration file is somewhere in image and copy it to /config/config.yaml at startup time, if not present.
This will keep sample configuration file consistent with image version.
