Hi team, can we change the image for the chic products that have them on the floor? This is the second time where people have inquired and wondered if this product can be used on the floor as on the actual display card and the portal it says that it is not acceptable on floors yet we have it pictured on the floor. Please let me know how we can proceed.

Guys, I am training our dealers to use the portal. Client sent over the order on the portal and paid for it. As Angel tried to set up shipping she noticed in the system we only had 5 boxes not 7 like the client ordered. I just tried to order
10 boxes in the portal and it did not come up as a backorder. Can you please advise. Should we do a physical count in our warehouse. This is the second time this client had used the portal and had a issue. Let me know thanks

Hello, can you please check on their account they are trying to purchase through the portal and it’s showing only retail according to them. I think this is the second time this has happened now.

Marketing material needs to be grouped as sub-categories instead of all in one page.

Problem noted a couple of weeks ago and commented with Angel.

#line 287 from function.php was commented to disable sending order notification when order is pending.

Waiting on new order to check if that is what was causing the problem

The first thing I see is it should say contact Anthology, not Surfaces. I think the verbiage is OK but I think it should also go to customer service.

The order was placed yesterday night and was not showing up in Syspro as now.
