fish completion is not work on nix-darwin

I set programs.man.generateCaches = true; but it does not work.

Action Required: Fix Renovate Configuration

There is an error with this repository's Renovate configuration that needs to be fixed. As a precaution, Renovate will stop PRs until it is resolved.

Error type: Cannot find preset's package (schedule:before 5:00am)

nix-shell in fish

My interactive shell is fish, but it is called from .bashrc.
Perhaps nix-shell sets variables after the interactive shell is started, so in my current configuration, bash calls fish before the preparation.
It is necessary to prevent fish from being executed when the shell is started and to execute it after the preparations are complete.

proposal
make a wrapper like following
USEBASH=true nix-shell --command "fish"
