Handle the extra mods when displaying the mod combination from Lazer scores.
Currently known not-yet implemented mods:

• DT with modifications: +HD(x1.2)v2

Will update with more mods that are not yet considered.

Steps to recreate:

• Use y2!osu ranks
• Use y2!osu save or y2!osu forcesave to save a certain user
• Use y2!osu ranks again.

The rank table will be updated after Announcer updates, which may confuse users.

Lints are failing right now due to a new compiler version.

What's this?

11f32cc introduced table_formatting as a generic table rendering method. We could probably use this for all the manual formatting we had before.

What to do

• Move table_formatting into a prelude module (#38)
• Change all commands with table rendering (iirc all of them are inside youmubot-osu) to use it instead (#39)
