Hello,
I write this to suggest a new kind of spell that would be like the smooth tool of World Edit. As Magic has already an integration with World Edit, I thought that adding that tool to sorcerers could be great. I don't know if it is possible, but I think that would be great, players doing terraforming quicker than manually.
I hope this spell could be created,

please implement Permissions support (or is it implemented but not just mentioned?)

So just noticed this today after looking at spell upgrade npc today. If you want to level up a spell it would seem that all 50 uses need to come during 1 online session. If you relog the counter appears to reset to 0. Is that normal behavior?

It seems like it should keep spell uses stored for each user even if they use in multiple sessions, right?
