Started to document this in the code itself, but would be interesting to see abilities and spells by way of text, which is planned to eventually be the route taken.

That said, how would this be accomplished? What sorts of abilities? Attacks? Effects?

Current Ideas:

Basic Letters — Inflict small amount of damage, as letters can be sent rapidly?

Derp/Stun/Daze/Paralyze — Inflict a status effect which causes the opponent to be unable to send words?

Shield/Protection — Shield from oncoming attacks for a duration?

Regeneration/Vitality — Ability to regain health over time? While active, regain health at a rate or at set intervals?

Poison/Burn/Bleed — Opponent is inflicted by DOT-like effect. Each has own effect?

Slash/Stab/Cut/Swing/... — Melee, pure damage, like Basic Letters

Retaliate — Copy opponent's last-sent attack

Steal/Copycat — Steal an opponent's word(s)?

Substitute — Creates damage sponge, a la Pokémon?

This is definitely a tentative list of potential abilities and moves, but what moves should be implemented?
