Try the following -

$ git pull # get the latest changes
$ pip install -r requirements.txt # install any new dependencies
$ python setup.py develop           # reinstall bonito
$ bonito train
usage: bonito train [-h] [--device DEVICE] [--lr LR] [--seed SEED]
                    [--epochs EPOCHS] [--batch BATCH] [--chunks CHUNKS]
                    [--validation_split VALIDATION_SPLIT] [--amp] [-f]
                    training_directory config
bonito train: error: the following arguments are required: training_directory, config

If using the CPU then add --device cpu and keep the number of chunks small (~20,000 should be okay for experimenting).
