Support secretRef for EnvFrom container specs
Add ability to modify pipeline config
It would be nice to be able to specify:
- Disabling concurrent pipelines
- Keep pipelines in queue (instead of cancellation)
- Pipeline level notifications (ex: pipeline.complete)
This would allow users to inject in values as well if using this as a library.
validate command broken
When running
k8s-pipeliner validate ./some-pipeline.ymlreturns error

requisite stage ref ids are null
requisite stage ref ids shouldn't be null when triggers are empty -- prevents viewing the cluster group view
Change manifest definition to use a PodSpec instead of Deployments
This was a side effect of us using Spinnaker and just using what spinnaker deploys as the reference: Deployments.
We should really just use PodSpecs for the reference. We can make this backwards compatible really easily.
Use ldflags to pipe in the version when tagging
Modifying the const Version is annoying, this should be automated.
