Although the current Currency enum supports both USD and GBP, in practice it has not material impact and only GBP is used throughout the application.

Would be good to look at the best way to implement this currency conversion.

It currently looks like there's no way to set cookies/headers in responses from GraphQL with the current library. So there is no option to return tokens in secure 'HttpOnly' cookies (or attach them to cookies or headers at all).

Meaning that it's only possible to return them within the JSON body.

Need to decide whether to migrate all Auth related functionality into GraphQL and return as JSON or to migrate it all into raw actix and serve it via REST.
