Speed mode callout not heard, FLCH activated

I am contemplating doing a github fork on this repo to borrow what you have done so far and make the plugin able to work for a Cessna 172, or any default unrecognized ICAO, with less functionality, in particular just callouts during landing and takeoff.

If you don't think that's a good idea, I won't PR it to go back into your main repo.

CL650 Settings retains FO Preflight command from the previous method.
Requires removing as only on Status HUD now.

Variables have inconsistencies from the iterations of code being merged.

Confirmed no logic presently exists to reset the 'cpxpClimbThrustPressed' variable for a second flight.

Change the logic to not use the FA / Cabin interactions in a freighter variant.

Main cargo loader dataref: "prep/loader" (1 in position)

Fix Implementation:

• Confirm prep/loader dataref not present in pax B752
• Implement logic check for loader and add both datarefs to the B752 GSE logic.
