Kirby Defuse Session

Archived: Use PHPUnit process isolation instead.

Build Status

Allows you to to write tests for code that uses the Kirby 3 session.

Usage

use Kirby\Cms\App;
use Mzur\Kirby\DefuseSession\Defuse;

    Defuse::defuse();
    $session = App::instance()->session();

    $this->assertEquals('testValue', $session->get('testKey'));
}

Installation

Thanks for creating this plugin, it will be very helpful for developers.

A bit of feedback: Instead of overriding the App instance with a monkey patched session instance, you could use a custom session store like the TestSessionStore we use for our unit tests. You should be able to inject your own class instance at runtime by setting it as the session root (yes, set an object as the root!).
