The application fails to launch – the splash screen appears but then the application fails to launch.

Describe the bug
The setting option "Push notifications when the battery charge higher than" has no effect: such notifications will always show regardless of the setting value.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be better if users could determine what notifications they would like to receive and the battery threshold to trigger a notification.

Add a settings panel, which can be opened via taskbar icon's context menu.

Consider migrating to Windows App SDK 1.2 to exploit modern windows APIs.

However, I am encountering an issue with the app not launching automatically on device initialization even though I have enabled the option in the app settings. This is causing inconvenience and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

In one of the dev machines, the app normally launches at startup but is terminated when the computer recovers form sleep/hibernate.

1. Run the app
2. Make the machine hybernate
3. Wake up the machine
4. See the issue

When the battery is charging with battery life below 25% (say, 13%), the "low battery" notification will appear every time when battery percentage increases by 1%, which is quite annoying.

We need to check for redirection as early as possible before creating any windows. So, we should create our own Program.cs instead of using the xaml generated one.

Using Chinese Simplified makes the settings menu stuck for the first time. The menu will be blank until you right-click on the tray icon, or close and reopen it.

How do I set it so that it appears automatically every time I start my computer, in my Taskbar, next to the Battery Icon?
Could you provide some instructions/explanation on how to achieve this?

I have been using this application for quite some time, and have encountered this multiple times. I observed that whenever my laptop battery charges from 99% to 100%, a .NET Framework error window will show up, stating that there's a NullReferenceException. I'm using the prebuilt binary in v1.0 release.

This problem occurs every time the computer is turned on and the battery is about to be fully charged. For example, an error occurs when the power is 99%. The problem of this screenshot will appear every time you use the computer. After every mistake, the battery icon will get stuck. Sometimes the same problem occurs when charging to 98%. Charging can't display the number 100%
My computer system information is: Win10 system（64Bit）, version number is 22H2（19045.2364）, and the professional version is a genuine user

I love it, but please add option to set notifications manually. I would love to have notification on 20% and on 80%

Proposed feature: Add a setting item that allows users to set an upper battery percentage limit to receive notifications

Create unit tests to discover potential bugs earlier.

Currently, the binary is large (50MB), and memory usage is also large (60MB on a machine with 64GB RAM). Try to reduce both the binary size and memory usage.

Bug happened when i put my laptop to sleep, it never happened before when i did put my computer to sleep before. Not a big deal, but perhaps for others could be.
