dependency cycle 

Error: Could not apply complete catalog: Found 1 dependency cycle:

The deb in the apt list is not the good one

The "trusty" in the line below should not be there. It creates an error during the apt-get update.

vagrant@repositories:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/docker.list

deb https://get.docker.io/ubuntu trusty docker main

I suggest to review your arguments release and repo like in my commit: oloc@7159815
