Missing ./assets/css/app.css file, and Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to execute 'addAll' on 'Cache': Request failed

Hi Marc,
Trying out your pure-pwa here on a Mac. I chose to use node and have it all running in a few minutes with no changes

But I experienced two errors:

  1. The folder and file ./public/css/app.css is called but does not exist in the branch. I found it on the demo site and patched it in from there and that resolved that.

  2. Now when I execute the /home view - it comes up perfectly, but in the console I get this:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to execute 'addAll' on 'Cache': Request failed

Appears in code block starting at line 63 of service-worker:
self.addEventListener("install", (event) => {
event.waitUntil(
caches.open(CACHE_NAME).then((cache) => {
return cache.addAll(app.files);
})
);
console.log(CACHE_NAME, "cached");
});

I have not dug any deeper yet but wanted to get any feedback you might have!

Best,
Drew Anderson
