I got a chance to review your repository today and the source.
Since you already have a good share of the collection typeset my recommendation is to publish this as a book. This will minimize needed modifications.
It's fine making a first publication with the existing exercises you've already typeset.
Let me know if you agree with this plan, or otherwise if I don't hear from you, I'll work on getting this added in the coming week.
After its published, you (or others) may incrementally add additional exercises to the book by following our contribution workflow.

@ManuelaSchemeHell, after working on publishing these, I opted to set these as individual pieces.
The new file structure may, in future, facilitate bundling these in book format.
As I review against source, I have done minor corrections to pitches and fingerings.
A diff of the etudexx.ily files in Mutopia vs. the Etudexx.ly files in your repository would be best way to spot these updates.
