由于目前版本集控规程过于杂乱，趁复习值班员考试期间，本人亲力亲为对规程进行修编。 特作以下说明：
- 工程量较大，采取“每次上传一文档，每文档一系统”的方式。
- 每系统依照“概述，运行方式及参数，操作，事故处理”顺序进行。
- 大量摘抄各参考书籍，不做盈利用。
