Even if the Locations tests are using the camera rotation themselves, NPCs tests are suffering from the automatic camera rotation after some time.
We have to deactivate it before running a tests session.

This can be used for example to set the number of seconds of the Locations test as some setups might be slower than others and will not load all textures or objects in the default 5 seconds.

Need to reproduce this issue correctly.
It appears that it works when run for the first time, but when invoked by modsvaskr it doesn't work.

Using decimals in test names is not straight-forward as FormIDs are given in hexa.
Support a 0x... notation in test names referencing FormIDs.

They are off camera.

Some mods remap the screenshots key to something else than PrintScreen.
Now that tests suites can be configurable, it would be great to have a configuration parameter for the NPCs and NPCsHead tests suites that could redefine the screenshot key.

Keeping the on_start option to run at the end of a tests session make the game continuously restart tests and end game if on_stop was set to exit.

"For me, I mainly use this to check neck seams. While it takes care of the automation real good, I think the place of interests in the screenshot taken are a bit off. The best FOV I can do is about 60. Using FOV above that makes some of the higher NPCs go out of the screen. Would it be possible to move the crosshair to the face of the NPC when taking the shots? Maybe make it a mode alongside the full-body shots. That'd be holla more awesome!"
