What's the directory by default? Can we change the default one?

Everything works great, definitely the most reliable CLI torrent search engine but whenever I try to open the downloaded torrent file it gives me the above error. no matter which search engine. downloading the same torrent from the website does not result in an error. Not sure why this is happening. Any ideas? Thanks for creating this!

Instead of forcing user to use -s option, accept a variable argument. The new use case would be:

tors 'search string'

5b46eb7 introduced an open call for darwin platform automatically. That line needs to be reverted as this is an intrusive operation for the user. This is a torrent search utility and you do not expect it to automatically open the downloaded torrent file. There is a possibility that the user doesn't have a torrent client installed.

If you want to keep this feature, it needs to be an option which defaults to "not open" a torrent client.

For example: Zamunda needs to authentication

TorS::Search is initialised and run even without any argument is passed. This leads to xpath element failure and the application prints please check this url.

Usage needs to be printed with better error handling.

Although I just want to list movie which includes Turkish characters, i get the error about ascii char.

Since this is a console application, not all of the consoles support emojis. Additionally, it's hard to developer with vim. I don't see any benefit of including emoji in the output of the application. It's better to colorise the output (such as errors, warnings, etc) rather than adding an emoji.
