The clean function returns a string that's used later to write to the logged file. The setup isn't clean and has the one function doing too many things and returning an unrelated piece of data.

Try putting all of the list types in dict objects that define the file path, file extension array, moved text and whatever else you are accessing in the loop.
Put the dicts together and loop through it in an old fashion loop that loops through every dictionary and every extension type in its list

Currently cant recognize file extensions that are in capital letters for example .pdf is okay, but .PDF isn't recognized neither is .Pdf .
