install issues missing deps etc

Install went fairly well considering all things, manual issues i had to fix listed below:

typo in the first line of $HOME/.config/waybar/scripts/mediaplayer.py
$HOME/.config/hypr/hyprrofi.conf was not found as a script

missing dependencies:

albert
wl-copy/clipboard
xdg-desktop-portal-gtk
xdg-desktop-portal-gnome

weird stuff:

wallpaper doesn't work
transparency doesnt work
status bar at the top looks nothing like the screenshot in the readme
only some hyprland binds work such as mod j and mod return

logs in the install script:
