这是一个PYTHON3.4写的32位WINDOWS GUI模块。
只是窗口界面、菜单以及ListView控件。类型定义未完全，有兴趣可以补全。
winmain.py 是一个简单的例子以及部分说明。
wingui文件夹是主体部分，实现的功能大多在wingui.py中，主要是调用windows的DLL来实现。
简单的windows界面可以，用它来实现。里面有写调用C语言中的类型写法，可以参考。
