The fact the comparer service doesn't have any specs is an abomination. Will want to test the following cases.

• When the modules have the same instances exactly
• When the old fit has multiple and the new fit has 0 instances
• When the old fit has multiple and the new fit has less instances
• When the new fit has multiple and the old fit has 0 instances
• When the new fit has multiple and the old fit has less instances

Currently the naming convention is buy, sell, keep.

In order to be more flexible as far as user (and developer) interpretation, these should be renamed.
(ie. users may want to use the fit auditor to ensure fits are correct prior to undocking. In such an instance, one isn't buying or selling anything)

Currently fits with charges loaded aren't diffed properly, as the string comparison will fail if the charges are different.

Redo parser logic so either
a) charges are their own module
b) charges are ignored
