Deliverables:

• Create an index that lists all Dog images
• Can Favorite or Ban a dog
• Have a Favorites list that populates with dogs that were favorited
• Have a Banned list that populates with dogs that are banned
• Can unfavorite or un-ban a dog
• Can Filter to see "All Dogs", "Favorite Dogs", or "Banned Dogs"

BONUS:

• Cannot Add Dog to Banned list if already favorited and vice versa
• Can Feed a dog
• Dog's "hungry" attribute changes to -1 every 3 minutes which changes mood to "angry", "default-mood" if "hungry" is at 0, or "excited" if "hungry" is above 0
